We believe that you and your pet should feel as comfortable as possible with your sitter before our scheduled service takes place. That’s why we offer a free in-home consultation before your first service begins. This gives everyone a chance to get to know each other and make sure that this is a good fit.
You’ll Get The Same Trusted Sitter Every Time
When you schedule a service with us, we’ll partner you with a primary and back-up pet sitter based on your needs and schedule. You’ll have the chance to meet these nearby sitters and once you approve of them, we’ll assign them to your account. Any time you schedule services thereafter, you’ll receive care from your primary or back-up sitter. This way you know your pet is getting care from someone you (and they) know, trust, and like every time.

Steven & Melinda Gladin - Owners
Hello, everyone! Our names are Steven and Melinda Gladin and we are the owner’s of Fetch Pet Care of Greater New Castle. We are passionate about animals and excited to become a part of your pet care needs. We adopted our puppy, Copper, in April of 2020 right after the Covid-19 pandemic started. He was a bright spot for us during the early navigation of the pandemic. During that time, we realized that we wanted to offer a service to our local area that offered in-home trusted care for your newly adopted pet or pet that has been with your family for years! Rest assured that no matter your pet service needs our team is well- equipped to pet care needs!
Renee Gravell - Pet Sitter
My name is Renee Gravell, or as my family friends like to call me, “The crazy dog lady.” I love animals of all kinds and have been surrounded by them my whole life. My greatest love is for dogs. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different animals. My experience and knowledge in pet care is from having my own and caring for family and friends pets and volunteering over the years. I am pet first aid CPR certified. I live with my husband, 3 sons and 3 fur babies in Middletown. I also have twin Grandsons and a new Grand Pup. My fur babies are all rescues and each one is amazing and unique. Rocky the Chihuahua, Norman is a beagle mix and Scotch a Rhodesian Ridgeback/boxer. I am so excited to be part of the Fetch family and can’t wait to meet your family member. Your pet deserves the best and I am committed to caring for them. When your pet is with me I promise we will have a visit filled with fun, exercise, and caring companionship. Delaware native and dog mom! I grew up surrounded by all sorts of pets allowing me to gain years of experience when it comes to pet care services. Melissa Dahling - Pet Sitter
My name is Melissa Dahling and I have been around animals pretty much my whole life. I love all kinds and have owned dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents, and aquatic. My experience is through owning my own animals, volunteering for a local shelter and rescue, fostering and working closely with the shelter vet assisting with medical needs. I have customer service experience as well and understand how important communication is. Your fur babies will be loved and cared for as if they were my own.
